Park Tower Inn Pigeon Forge

This hotel was cozy base for exploring Pigeon Forge, enjoyed it. The room was impeccably clean with a sofa bed.

We think it's an excellent base for staying in Pigeon Forge. No complains at all, we would absolutely stay here again when in Pigeon Forge.

I thoroughly enjoyed staff and location in the hotel, they were wonderful.

The hotel was fairly clean and the pool was heated.

Everything was great, so were excellent views of the mountains. I liked the marvellous continental breakfast.

Possibly the best and really really nice stay for the price. The food was good, drinks were hot. The room exceeded high expectations, brand-new with two beds. It took me 20 mins to get to the bus station.

The hotel was an excellent home base for enjoying a great area, just next door to many shopping areas and the chilly lazy river and center. Booked a room with awesome views of the mountains. Continental breakfast was delicious, we appreciated it.

Some people working there were horrible.

The breakfast had lots of options, milk, cookies, pancakes and hot waffles.

I liked it, including location and people. The restaurant was at a near distance from the hotel. Good home base for exploring Pigeon Forge.

Very friendly staff, perfect location, hot breakfast. Location close to the attractions and attractions/ stores and shops. I got free upgrade and loved it. Late check-out too. Could use their convenient parking.

Polite staff and a delicious breakfast including variety of yogurt, eggs, cereals and cheese. Booked a room with absolutely superb views. Really ideal, very pretty location. Automated check in and late check out.

unique venue, exceptional value. beautiful garden and great pool. the hotel's location was premier for the things i wanted to do. there was nice casual restaurant with casual meals.

The staff were fairly friendly, the room was fantastic and the location was exceptionally nice. Breakfast was outstanding, plenty of options. Reasonably priced hotel with an exceptional service. Good drinks, good wifi were a nice surprise. Decent stay, as always.

Thanks a lot, I had excellent stay. Easygoing staff, compact rooms, very good value for money. Lovely American breakfast options. The pool was great and I had complimentary drinks in the downstairs bar.

Enjoyable experience there. Modern, fairly clean hotel, acceptable value. Got nonsmoking, large room with the balconies. The staff was willing to help with any inquires and was amazingly helpful. There also was easy to access parking and excellent pool.

It was real good time in Pigeon Forge. The staff was PROFESSIONAL and the room was huge. I slept so comfy in the spacious bed. Particularly good breakfast with plenty of meals.

The hotel has fabulous staff and rooms, I liked it. It includes top-notch restaurant and excellent bar.

Fun stay in the very very nice area. Lovely friendly staff, big bathroom, comfortable bed. Poolside bar was superb. Picturesque view of ocean. Excellent customer care too.

It's fine base for sightseeing and exploring Pigeon Forge. It was nice to have sunny balcony. Near to the downtown, 20 minutes on foot❤

It deserves its 2 stars. The room was so large enough. In fact, the free WiFi was a cherry on top.

It's a pity but the shower had very little pressure.
